Job Description
The Document Control Intern will assist in managing, organizing, and maintaining company documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility. This role provides hands-on experience with document control processes, version management, and regulatory compliance while supporting internal teams with document-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining controlled documents following company policies and industry standards.
- Support document revision, approval, and distribution processes across various departments.
- Ensure proper version control, filing, and secure storage of critical documents.
- Help prepare documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely updates and accuracy of records.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to document control, including data entry and record-keeping.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications
Education:
- High School diploma or GED—Required
- Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program—Required
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required
Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must commit to the full 10-12-week duration of the internship.
