The Document Control Intern will assist in managing, organizing, and maintaining company documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility. This role provides hands-on experience with document control processes, version management, and regulatory compliance while supporting internal teams with document-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing and maintaining controlled documents following company policies and industry standards.
Support document revision, approval, and distribution processes across various departments.
Ensure proper version control, filing, and secure storage of critical documents.
Help prepare documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality management systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely updates and accuracy of records.
Perform general administrative tasks related to document control, including data entry and record-keeping.
Qualifications & Skills:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education:
High School diploma or GED—Required
Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program—Required
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required
Additional Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must commit to the full 10-12-week duration of the internship.
