Job Description
The Finance & Accounting Intern will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, and data management while working closely with finance professionals on key projects. This role provides exposure to real-world financial operations, reporting, and ERP systems, helping to develop essential industry skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in refreshing and reconciling financial templates, forms, and reports for Cost Accounting, Master Data, Inventory, and Fixed Assets using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Review Fixed Asset controls, provide feedback, and suggest improvements in documentation aligned with best practices.
- Support Master Data Clean-up by collaborating with teams to update, validate, and improve financial data accuracy.
- Utilize SAP BO, Crystal Reports, ESS Base, and BI tools to analyze and manage financial data.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or MBA.
- Coursework in Accounting/Finance with an interest in CPA certification (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.

Qualifications
Education:
- High School diploma or GED—Required
- Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program—Required
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required
Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must commit to the full 10-12-week duration of the internship.
