Job Overview
Blupax Pharma is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Document Scanning & Digital Records Assistant. This role is responsible for scanning, organizing, and uploading documents to a secure cloud-based server, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in digital record-keeping. The ideal candidate will also assist with general office tasks and contribute to maintaining an organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate scanners and digital imaging equipment to convert paper documents into electronic files.
- Upload and securely store scanned files in a cloud-based system.
- Ensure scanned documents are clear, properly formatted, and well-organized.
- Maintain accurate file naming conventions and indexing for easy retrieval.
- Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, organizing supplies, and assembling materials as needed.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to scanning equipment and cloud storage.
- Handle sensitive documents with confidentiality and security compliance.
- Support other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in using computers and basic office technology.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to efficiently sort, categorize, and assemble documents.
- Experience with cloud storage platforms (Google Drive, SharePoint, Dropbox) is a plus.
- Familiarity with document scanning software and file formats (PDF, TIFF, JPEG).
- Ability to troubleshoot minor IT issues related to scanning and file management.
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in data entry, records management, or administrative support is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic IT troubleshooting and office equipment maintenance.
- Ability to assemble, sort, and organize materials efficiently.
- Experience working with confidential or sensitive documents.
