Job Description
Amneal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly motivated Legal Intern to join our Legal department for the Summer of 2025. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal operations within a dynamic corporate environment. The intern will work closely with legal professionals, supporting critical business functions and gaining insight into various aspects of corporate law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with legal research and analysis to support ongoing legal matters.
- Review and draft various legal documents, including business agreements, policies, litigation papers, and administrative documents.
- Help with data and document management to ensure compliance and organization within the Legal department.
- Collaborate with team members on legal projects and initiatives.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in pre-law, IT, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with software tools and systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and write concisely.
- Interest in corporate law, compliance, or administrative agency workflows.

Qualifications
Education:
- High School diploma or GED—Required
- Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program—Required
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required
Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must commit to the full 10-12-week duration of the internship.
