Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Intern will assist in managing financial operations, supporting cash collections, and providing audit support to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. This role offers hands-on experience with accounts receivable analysis, audit requests, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, enhancing understanding of financial processes in a corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Accounts Receivable analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support cash collections and handle customer requests efficiently.
- Assist in audit requests and ad-hoc financial projects.
- Provide Accounts Payable support, including reviewing invoices, data entry, and other AP-related functions.
- Collaborate with the Treasury team on working capital analysis, cash flow management, and Treasury-related projects.
- Perform general finance-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Treasury, or Accounting.
- Completed business and accounting-related courses.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Prior experience or involvement in business-related extracurricular programs is a plus.

Qualifications
Education:
- High School diploma or GED—Required
- Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program—Required
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required
Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must commit to the full 10-12-week duration of the internship.
