The Accounts Receivable Intern will assist in managing financial operations, supporting cash collections, and providing audit support to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. This role offers hands-on experience with accounts receivable analysis, audit requests, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, enhancing understanding of financial processes in a corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Accounts Receivable analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Support cash collections and handle customer requests efficiently.
Assist in audit requests and ad-hoc financial projects.
Provide Accounts Payable support, including reviewing invoices, data entry, and other AP-related functions.
Collaborate with the Treasury team on working capital analysis, cash flow management, and Treasury-related projects.
Perform general finance-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Treasury, or Accounting.
Completed business and accounting-related courses.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Prior experience or involvement in business-related extracurricular programs is a plus.

Education:
High School diploma or GED—Required
Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program—Required
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required
Additional Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must commit to the full 10-12-week duration of the internship.
