Job Description
The intern will support the Packaging Department by assisting in the creation of setup sheets, packaging batch records, and daily packaging operations. This role offers exposure to equipment maintenance, validation processes, and regulatory documentation, helping to improve efficiency and compliance in pharmaceutical packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of setup sheets for packaging lines to standardize operations.
- Support the development and documentation of packaging batch records.
- Participate in the daily operations of the packaging department, including equipment setup and troubleshooting.
- Gain exposure to packaging equipment maintenance and validation procedures.
- Work alongside experienced professionals to understand regulatory requirements and operational efficiencies within pharmaceutical packaging.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of operations management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications
Education:
- High School diploma or GED—Required
- Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program—Required
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required
Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must commit to the full 10-12-week duration of the internship.
