Amneal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Quality Assurance – Document Control Intern for Summer 2025. This internship offers hands-on experience in document management, regulatory compliance, and digital archiving within the pharmaceutical industry.
Full Description:
The intern will support the Quality Assurance – Document Control team in maintaining and improving document management processes while gaining exposure to regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and compliance measures.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the digitalization and electronic archiving of records for improved accessibility and long-term retention.
Assist with document classification, indexing, and filing to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Maintain document tracking systems and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare reports and summaries related to document control activities, including retention schedules.
Gain exposure to records management best practices, regulatory requirements, and document security measures.
Learn about regulatory requirements such as CFR 210 & 211 and their impact on document control and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college/university undergraduate program.
Majoring in Business Administration/Management, Information Management/Technology, or Sciences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications
Education:
High School diploma or GED—Required
Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program—Required
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required
Additional Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must commit to the full 10-12-week duration of the internship.

The hourly base salary for this position ranges from $20.00 to $30.00 per hour. Amneal ranges reflect the Company’s good faith estimate of base salary that Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
