Job Description
The intern will support the QCTS team by assisting in laboratory re-organization, document archival, and chemical inventory management. This role offers exposure to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), quality control procedures, and laboratory compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shadow different areas of lab functions to gain hands-on learning and exposure to quality control operations.
- Support laboratory re-organization efforts to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Assist with document archival, ensuring proper storage and accessibility of lab records.
- Create and maintain a database/inventory of chemicals, reagents, solvents, standards, and impurities for regulatory compliance.
- Gain experience in lab inventory management, including ordering and tracking supplies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing a Science or Life Science degree.
- Working knowledge of reagents, chemicals, and laboratory best practices (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating in a team environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Qualifications
Education:
- High School diploma or GED—Required
- Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program—Required
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required
Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must commit to the full 10-12-week duration of the internship.
