What You’ll Do Here:
We are seeking a Healthcare Software Implementation Specialist to remotely lead and manage the successful deployment of SureCost solutions within acute care settings, such as hospitals and specialty clinics. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows and patient care goals, and overseeing all aspects of project implementation, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management. The Specialist will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet client and organizational objectives.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, and develop project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation tailored to acute care environments
- Monitor project progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions, while conducting regular updates, stakeholder meetings, and project reviews
- Identify and mitigate project risks, address issues to minimize disruptions, and escalate critical concerns to leadership with proposed solutions
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, assign responsibilities, track deliverables, and ensure accountability to meet project goals
- Oversee solution testing, coordinate training for end-users (clinicians, administrators, and support staff), and provide support during the go-live phase
- Monitor system performance post-go-live, facilitate continuous improvement, and manage the transition to operational support
- Maintain detailed project documentation, prepare status reports, and track project performance metrics to evaluate success and efficiency
What Skills You’ll Need:
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical role in the acute care sector, with an understanding of various hospital and pharmacy systems and regulatory requirements (e.g. HIPAA, FDA regulations)
- 2-3 years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Healthcare Management Systems (HMS), or other clinical software platforms
- Ability to manage multiple customer implementations at once, ensuring timelines are met, and issues are resolved
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly personable and able to communicate well on the phone and via email
- High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Huge Plus If You Have:
- 2-3 years of experience leading SaaS implementations with clients (configuring software, gathering requirements, training users, and managing project timelines)

The estimated base salary range for this role is $70,000-80,000/year in addition to an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all of these factors. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
