We are seeking a talented and experienced Controller to oversee our financial operations and drive strategic financial planning initiatives. As the Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company's financial health, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes. Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team with a heavy focus on creative messaging and lead generation. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both traditional and digital marketing, expertise in HubSpot CRM, and a talent for crafting compelling messages that convert leads into customers.
The Marketing Manager position is a hybrid role, requiring the candidate to work on-site at the main office in New Jersey for 2 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining 3 days. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously, and will oversee a marketing team of 7 direct reports, including content writers, digital marketers, and an event coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
· Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
· Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
· Manage marketing budget for maximum ROI.
Lead Generation and Management:
· Create multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
· Use HubSpot CRM for lead tracking and optimization.
· Collaborate with sales to ensure effective lead management.
Creative Messaging/Content:
· Lead content strategy to support lead generation.
· Craft compelling messages for campaigns.
· Collaborate with content writers to refine messaging.
Communications:
· Execute communications plan including PR and internal communications.
· Manage media relationships and strategic partnerships.
Digital Marketing:
· Plan and optimize digital campaigns, including email, SEO, PPC, social, etc.
· Collaborate with digital team and oversee website updates and digital initiatives.
· Oversee website updates and online advertising.
Event Management:
· Plan and manage execution of client conferences and trade shows with event coordinator.
· Analyze event success and report on ROI.
Team Leadership:
· Mentor and lead a team of 7 marketing professionals.
· Manage external vendors and agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with a proven track record of success in lead generation.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM for lead management, campaign tracking, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation with a focus on lead generation.
- Exceptional creative writing and messaging skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics and social media management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS technology/retail software, etc is a plus.
- Experience in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
