Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Job Function - General:
- Responsible for planning, directing, and managing all aspects of the operation at assigned facility.
- Establishes and meets KPIs on a monthly basis; meets all service goals to support customer needs.
- Recommends, updates, conceives and continuously improves programs, processes and systems.
- Globally influences and strategically manages linkages across businesses and understands the impact of business decisions and solutions
- Responsible for personnel actions including hiring, performance management and termination.
- Oversees operational budgets and short and long-range facility needs.
- Drives plant meetings, policies and procedures.
- Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information to facilitate effective decision making
- Embrace and reinforce a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to onsite teams.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency in addressing customer issues as well as opportunities for continuous improvement

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate.
Target Based Range
$154,644.00 - $201,035.00
Qualifications
Education and Professional Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
Experience:
- 10-15 years related experience, plus a minimum of 5 years management experience required
Certification:
- Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
