Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of hospital pharmacy experience or completion of a formal pharmacy technician training program.
- Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician registration.
- National Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT or ExCPT).
- Experience with Epic and Omnicell preferred.
- Ability to perform intermediate pharmaceutical calculations and follow complex verbal and written instructions for medication preparation, including sterile preparations.
- Knowledge of federal and state controlled substance regulations and safe handling procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior inpatient hospital pharmacy experience with robotics, automation, or medication distribution systems.
- Familiarity with IV compounding processes and sterile technique.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 06:00–14:30.
- Rotating shifts required.
