Minimum Requirements:
- Pharmacy degree required.
- Valid Massachusetts pharmacist license required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required.
- Experience with medication order review and interpretation for safety and efficacy.
- Experience overseeing pharmacy technician work, including medication dispensing and IV compounding.
- Familiarity with Epic and Omnicell preferred.
- Ability to work with patient populations from newborn through geriatric, including medical and behavioral health.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an inpatient pharmacy setting beyond minimum requirement.
- Experience working in hospitals within integrated health systems preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 07:00 to 15:30.
- Rotating shifts required: Days and evenings rotation (07:00–15:30 or 14:30–23:00).
- Position supports inpatient pharmacy operations.
