We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you will use clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to patients across the lifespan, including newborn through geriatric populations. Minimum Requirements:
- Pharmacy degree required.
- Active MA Pharmacist License required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required.
- Ability to review and interpret medication orders for safety and efficacy.
- Experience providing oversight of pharmacy technician work, including medication dispensing and IV compounding.
- Familiarity with Epic and Omnicell preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with medical and behavioral health patient populations.
- Prior experience in an inpatient pharmacy environment beyond the minimum years required.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 07:00 to 15:30 (rotating with evening shift as required).
- Rotating shifts required between day and evening schedules.
- Inpatient pharmacy unit. Responsibilities include medication order review, technician oversight, and IV compounding supervision.
