Job Description
- Logistical support for internal and external meetings organized by DRLPI.
- Support finance process from sourcing to payment. This includes ensuring appropriate approvals and supporting requirements are in place, coordinating with finance partners for PO preparation, timely payment processing.
- Provide logistics support for product importation via coordination with supply chain team and third- party partners.
- Support hiring managers on new employee on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Document preparation and record keeping of files across functions.
- Property custodian of office assets and management of petty cash.
Qualifications
Educational qualification: A Bachelor of Administration or an equivalent qualification
Minimum work experience: 3 years of experience in office administration
Skills & attributes:
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Effective time management with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
