We are seeking an Experience Operations Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of high‑impact events that drive business growth and client engagement. This role is responsible for ensuring events are delivered seamlessly, informed by data, and translated into actionable insights for leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- End‑to‑End Event Project Management
- Own the full event lifecycle, from planning to execution and post‑event follow‑up. Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines and stakeholders, mitigate risks, and ensure flawless delivery across functions.
- Data‑Driven Event Strategy
- Analyze event performance, ROI, growth metrics, pipeline impact, and client data to guide attendee selection, event scope, and strategic decision‑making.
- Executive Enablement & Technology Adoption
- Drive the adoption and ongoing enhancement of the GoPRO mobile app, ensuring executives are equipped with the right tools and insights during events.
- Post‑Event Insights & Reporting
- Capture key client and event insights, update internal systems (e.g., SFGO), prepare client briefs, and publish summaries highlighting key learnings and recommendations for Growth leaders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in event operations, experience management, project management, or a related role
- Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data, metrics, and reporting to drive decisions and measure ROI
- Experience working with executive‑level stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
- Familiarity with CRM and internal systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable driving adoption of tools or technology to improve operational efficiency
