Project Management & Engineering
- Project Manager – Lead planning, coordination, and execution across all work packages.
- Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience in renewable energy or infrastructure projects
- Engineering Manager – Oversee technical teams and ensure engineering deliverables meet quality and schedule.
- Project Controls Engineer – Monitor project progress, cost control, and reporting.
Electrical Engineering
- Electrical Engineer (PV Farm) – Design and supervise photovoltaic systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Electrical Engineer (HV) – Handle high-voltage systems integration and grid connectivity.
Civil Engineering
- Civil Engineer – Manage site development, structural design, and construction activities.
Quality, Safety & Documentation
- QA/QC Engineer – Ensure compliance with quality standards during design and construction.
- HSE Manager – Lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives across the project lifecycle.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licence preferred for engineering roles; NEBOSH or equivalent safety certification required for HSE Manager
- Document Controller – Manage technical documentation and ensure version control.
- Document Management System Specialist (Lump Sum) – Implement and maintain the project's DMS platform.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, MS Project, and experience with document management systems (SharePoint, Aconex, or similar)
- FAT Services Coordinator (TBD) – Coordinate Factory Acceptance Testing for critical equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical) or equivalent technical qualification required for all engineering positions
- Must have legal right to work in the Philippines and ability to obtain security clearances for infrastructure projects
