What You’ll Be Doing
As our Finance Manager, you’ll be a trusted financial leader responsible for:
- Leading day-to-day accounting activities and the month-end close for our parent company and subsidiaries
- Managing cash, banking relationships, credit card programs, and cash forecasting
- Creating weekly financial dashboards that highlight cash position, forecasts, and key performance metrics
- Overseeing subsidiary accounting, consolidations, and both stand-alone and consolidated financial statements
- Preparing financial reporting and gross profit analysis for leadership and the Board of Directors
- Supporting sales and use tax filings, regulatory submissions, unclaimed property, and 1099 compliance
- Playing a key role in audit readiness, internal controls, and financial compliance
- Partnering with finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Leading or supporting ERP enhancements and financial system improvements
- Providing ad hoc analysis, KPI reporting, and financial modeling to support business needs
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of accountants through mentorship and collaboration
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be successful in this role if you bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CMA strongly preferred)
- At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervising or mentoring others
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with general ledger management, fixed assets, and month-end close
- Comfort working with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to turn numbers into clear, actionable insights
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and detail-oriented
Work Environment & Flexibility
- This position may have the option to work in a Hybrid capacity
- Flexible scheduling within the office workweek
- No travel required
