What We’re Looking For:
Integrated Medical Systems is seeking an Oncology Specialist to sell our products within the Eastern Region of the United States. As an Oncology Specialist, you will be a key member partnering with customers to address identified needs, educating key stakeholders about our oncology products and communicating our vision to the broader oncology community. You will help them select the right products or services while taking their budget into consideration. Experience managing enterprise accounts is a major plus.
Job Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
Required Skills:
- 5+ Years of medical device selling experience.
- Experience with a relational sales environment
- Documented experience in closing new business
- Self-motivated and hardworking
- Proven customer service, negotiation, and sales skills
- Knowledge of using relevant CRM software, SaaS products, and Microsoft Outlook
- The ability to work independently and travel as needed
- 40%-50% travel

How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and pharmacists.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Provide product information and education to healthcare professionals, ensuring a clear understanding of the benefits and features of our oncology products.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively promote our products to potential customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide support and assistance during the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and industry trends in oncology to effectively communicate the value of our products.
- Conduct market analysis and gather data on customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Manage 100’s of targets simultaneously
- Cultivate relationships with existing clients to secure their future business
- Utilize customer service and negotiation skills to close deals
- Use CRM software and update database regularly
