We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented
Production Worker to join our team in. In this essential role, you'll operate machinery, conduct quality checks, and help produce top-quality packaging for our customers.

What You’ll Do:
- Operate blow molding, assembly, packing, and bagging machines
- Perform quality inspections based on customer specifications
- Package and label products according to the Control Plan
- Complete line clearances between production runs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your workspace (5S standards)
- Communicate with coworkers about safety, quality, and production needs
- Perform root cause analysis and assist in resolving issues
- Support other areas based on changing business demands
What You Bring:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to read and follow instructions (English proficiency required)
- Basic math and mechanical understanding
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
