QuVa Pharma is excited to support the growth and development of a Quality Assurance – Lot Disposition Intern. The Quality Assurance Intern will assist in review activities of finished good products to ensure compliance with applicable SOPs and regulatory requirements are adhered to prior to final release of product. This is a role working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM based on site in our Bloomsbury, NJ location.
This is a safety sensitive position that may be subject to random drug testing, in accordance with applicable laws
What the Quality Assurance – Lot Disposition Intern Does Each Day:
- Prepares completed Batch Records for review
- Assists in Reviews for completed Batch Records for compliance to Regulatory and QuVa SOPs and to ensure product quality and safety standards are met
- Promptly communicates with Operations and Manufacturing Quality Assurance regarding batch record discrepancies, product issues/variances
- Assists in the Escalation of procedural deviations or discrepancies that have product impact to the Quality Investigations Team for review
- Ensures compliance of materials prepared for immediate use in Manufacturing Operations within the Batch Records
- Assists in the reviews of Variances associated with batch records for impact to the product disposition
- Reviews QC testing results, and EMPM monitoring data, are within specifications
- Enters QC testing results into Management System to generate product Certificate of Analysis (COA)
- Obtains corrections as necessary to the Batch Records

Minimum Requirements For This Role
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- High school diploma or GED from recognized institution or organization required
- Must be actively pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, with an anticipated graduation date within the next two years
- Must be in good standing with accredited institution where pursuing degree Demonstrated core values, professionalism, maturity through various campus or community sports, volunteer activities
- Microsoft Word and Excel skills
