QuVa Pharma is looking for a self-motivated intern to participate in a variety of routine pharmacy services cross-functional projects. Turn your passion for precision and your commitment to quality into a meaningful impact on healthcare across the US.
This is a role working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST based on site in our Bloomsbury, NJ location.
This is a safety sensitive position that may be subject to random drug testing, in accordance with applicable laws
What The Pharmacy Intern Does Each Day
- Assist with Batch Records review, shipping review, and customer review to support customer complaints investigation
- Assist in pulling records for customer complaints and documents as needed in the complaint management system
- Assist in managing timelines to ensure complaints are resolved on time
- Review and update the Reference Listed Drug (RLD) side effects
- Anticipate and identify discrepancies and proactively work to solve the problems
- Works with various departments to expand knowledge of the company through daily business interactions and job assignments by management
- Complete and present specific projects for the department
- Performs the investigation and research that fall within Pharmacy Services
- Understand: SOPs, cGMP & regulations to accomplish daily tasks
- Execute multiple, parallel projects
- Participate in team projects and meetings

Minimum Requirements For This Role
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- High school diploma or GED from recognized institution or organization required
- Must be actively pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, with an anticipated graduation date within the next two years
- Must be in good standing with accredited institution where pursuing degree
- Microsoft Word and Excel skills
