Description
JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for cultivating strong relationships with key business clients. Focused on managing their assigned portfolio of key independent pharmacy clients to ensure their successful growth with the organization. The position facilitates communication, consults on business solutions, and facilitates internal advocacy promoting a collaborative business relationship. They work in partnership with their assigned clients to improve the utilization of our product offerings. The position communicates with the client regularly, conducts weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews to increase revenue by promoting solution adoption and lead generation. The position works collaboratively with marketing, sales, support, and product development.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with designated accounts
- Manage tactical, day to day execution of partnership initiatives
- Curate and document activities, meetings, and account notes
- Ensure each client understands the value the organization delivers to their business through virtual or onsite business reviews
- Consult with pharmacy business decision makers to capture the customer’s business initiatives and collaborate alignment
- Understand the organization’s business strategy and communicate strategy updates to promote awareness of initiatives and corporate direction
- Serve as brand ambassador for existing and new products, develop tailored communication to assigned clients
- Trend and analyze MTM clinical data results for assigned clients
- Identify at risk accounts within assigned portfolio, resolve conflicts, and advise until success with product or service
- Manage high-impact customer escalations with confidence and urgency
- Perform quarterly business reviews as directed

- Public Speaking skills in front of large and small audiences.
- Effective time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as a team member, while using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving.
- Maintain and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and empathy
- Travel Requirements: Domestic and/or International, up to 10%
Education & Experience Requirements
- Minimum years of work experience: 3 years in sales
- Minimum level of education or education/experience: Associates or equivalent work experience
