Overview
As a member of a Salesforce “Center of Excellence,” this role is crucial in ensuring seamless implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce solutions tailored to meet our business needs, particularly in the healthcare domain. This role will act as a liaison between the business, and IT, and third-party technical implementation partners. Possess deep expertise in managing and customizing Salesforce environments, with specific focus on OmniStudio, Health Cloud, and Mulesoft. Partner closely with the Salesforce Business project manager to represent and deliver the needs of the business.

This is a remote-based position within the Continental US.

Responsibilities
- Technical documentation
- Support 350+ end users and have a keen focus on the user experience
- Conduct Salesforce user and basic admin training for clients
- User ManaGenerate application flow charts and tgement: Administering user access and profiles.
- Data Management: Handling data imports, exports, and updates.
- Attention to Detail: Focusing on accuracy and precision.
- Lead and facilitate discovery and scoping sessions with key stakeholders.
- Understand key stakeholders’ business process and potential to define optimal and reasonable project scope and expectations
- Incorporate past experiences, business savvy, creative and out-of-the-box thinking in designing solutions; offer multiple, potential solutions
- Coordinate with Technical Architects/Developers and others, as needed, for specific technical design requirements
- Provide recommendations on third-party applications
- Manage expectations with key stakeholders other 3rd parties - i.e., be able to influence and guide towards successful outcomes
- Own the solution and provide architectural oversight of the solution throughout the project
- Provide guidance and advisory support to project team on implementation approach and complex configuration issues
- Participate in QA checkpoints during delivery to provide guidance and insure solution aligns with original scope
- Work with project team to develop and validate estimates to support any Change Orders
- Participate in project status meetings, as requested by the Salesforce Director/Project Manager
- Leading business and functional requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirements
- Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality.
- Maintaining and coordinate communication with the customer throughout each project.
- Function in an Agile, structured SDLC team environment
- Perform unit and integration testing
- Develop Distributed Integrations between Salesforce and proprietary Enterprise Applications using Mulesoft and Data Cloud
- Develop standard and custom Salesforce automation using Omnistudio
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, including OmniStudio, Data Cloud, and MuleSoft capabilities
Qualifications
Education / Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Master’s degree and 1 year of work-related experience
- Salesforce Administration, Health Cloud, and OmniStudio certification is preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Salesforce Health Cloud administration
- Experience in Developer Console and automation
- Experience in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and solving complex logic problems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision
- Salesforce Administration, Health Cloud, and OmniStudio certification is required.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and senior leadership
- Experience in Developer Console and automation
- Experience in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
- Experience collaborating with partners, stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to map, analyze, design, document, implement, and support business applications
