General Summary And Purpose
The Logistics Technician III will perform day-to-day activities based on priority to support departmental demands.
They will complete work with a high level of accuracy, serving as first touch in materials receipt and last touch
before customer delivery. Responsibilities include the receipt of incoming materials, the processing of finished
goods, following Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining control of all finished goods identity and storage
conditions, and maintaining accurate inventory counts. The role will perform all functions in compliance with
Company Policies and Quality Systems.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Processing and shipping of orders to customer, including picking the orders within FIFO, packing the orders, documenting the shipment in the shipping systems, recording the inventory transaction, creating the documentation needed for international clearance, and setting up the shipment within the carrier system. Receipt, storage, and inventory control of materials used by internal customers, ensuring the materials are processed and stored in accordance with company procedures.

- Follows Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Policies and Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure that job functions are performed under compliance. Updates Standard Operating Procedures as required by process streamlining. Performs root cause investigations for quality issues.

- Support inventory accuracy through zero error approach to materials handling transactions.

Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills including some technical writing skills and spreadsheet management. Able to communicate in person and via email clearly, concisely, and politely.
- Detail oriented with a demonstrated commitment to continuous quality improvement.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adjust workload based on changing priorities.
- Must be able to perform controlled paced, repetitive operations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform accurate and timely transaction within electronic inventory system.
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time and must be able to lift a minimum of 50lb.
- May occasionally be required to work overtime and weekends as needed.

- 5 years of relevant experience in a warehouse, materials handler, logistics or supply chain environment.
- Experience in a cGMP and/or QMS manufacturing setting preferred

The US base salary range for this position at full-time is $48,719-$70,658 (yr). Our salary ranges are determined by position, level, location, and market competitive benchmarks. Individual pay within a level is determined by work location, job related skills, experience, education, and training.
