This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $20.12/hour - $21.67/hour

Job Responsibilities

Handling Incoming requests from Internal / External customers. Requests must be completed timely & in accordance with Service Level Agreements, Policies and Procedures
This role will primarily handling “DNRA” alignments (3-day SLA), which is an auto email generated by our internal master data team to complete alignment set up for distribution. And Standard Alignments (5-day SLA) requested by distributors. As well as miscellaneous project work (if required)

Alignments Include The Following Task

SAP system set up – linking distributors information (cust#) to Ecolab’s (cust#) and ensure proper agreement alignment.
SAP system set up - authorizing distributor for agreements, generating an ACR and posting. This will also include utilizing the AVP outreach tool, to obtain proper authorization (if required).
Send Notification via email to close the loop with the requestor and send authorization notification to distributor (if required). Will be required to utilize standardized verbiage template and archive the notifications sent.
Complete daily workload management, prioritization and/or escalation to ensure limited to zero email requests past due.
Follow recommended guidelines on handling pending folder.
Associate will be required to provide daily recap of workload completed, for metric tracking purposes
