Our Software Quality Assurance Analyst I plays a vital role within our organization. Once you complete our training, your responsibility will be finding feature and system issues. They will work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Development teams to create robust test scenarios covering our client's needs and future vision. This is a hybrid position located in the Minneapolis / Twin Cities office.
What the Software Quality Assurance Analyst I Does Each Day:
- Creating test plans, test scripts, and procedures for new software
- Completing testing and proper documentation within project timelines and check points
- Writing functional and regression test scripts for web-based software
- Executing test scripts and evaluating the results
- Documenting and reporting software defects to Developers
- Communicating regularly with the Customer Success team to identify Product Issues
- Investigating client reported issues from Customer Success team
- Managing tickets DevOps from Customer Succes team
- Communicating outcomes of tickets to Customer Success team
- Conducting historical analyses of test results
- Ensuring products and services meet industry standards, product requirements, and user expectations
- Ensure delivery of high-quality software to the clients

Minimum Requirements For This Role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (4 years’ comparable industry experience will be considered)
- 1-3 years of experience in a Software Quality Assurance role
- Quick learner with a detailed, analytical mindset
- Able to successfully complete a drug and background check
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; QuVa is not able to sponsor applicants for work visas

- SQL and/or database querying
