Plant Manager in a unique opportunity to lead a team of 110 associates in a liquid blending manufacturing environment. In this role, you will report to the VP of Manufacturing and be responsible for overall safety, quality, cost, service, and direction of all activities concerned with product production and shipping.

What You Will Do
- Drive a culture that is consistent with Ecolab’s company values
- Provide exceptional leadership to direct reports and to the site as a whole
- Lead transformation of manufacturing environment through significant capital investment
- Develop and align the local Supply Chain vision, mission, strategy and objectives with divisional and corporate strategy and objectives
- Ensure adherence to Ecolab’s, local and governmental guidelines related to SH&E, quality, regulatory, and the code of conduct/ethics
- Ensure safety, quality, productivity, cost, and service of the Supply Chain and meeting KPIs
- Own TPM implementation and culture
- Manage people, materials, equipment, and business processes to deliver site performance objectives, as measured by corporate and local KPIs
- Empower team by way of training, information sharing, coaching, feedback, appraisals, and delegation to ensure the development of people and organizational capabilities
- Interface and liaise with corporate headquarters to manage communication and information flow between the plant and external environment
- Develop and implement strategic capital expense budgets to ensure long term technical and financial viability of the plant’s manufacturing processes and ensures alignment of the budget to divisional and corporate strategy
- Role model effective change management strategy, planning, and executions
- Develop and implement labor strategy in partnership with HR
- Develop and execute a site master plan of the manufacturing and distribution facility as well as organizational capabilities, necessary to support future growth
- Instill and support a continuous improvement mindset across the site
- Uphold integrity of the business processes related to finished goods, inventory replenishment, and new product introductions
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; preferably Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years of Supply Chain experience
- 5+ years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Technical degree or MBA
- Demonstrated knowledge of merger and acquisition principles and best practices
- Demonstrated experience participating in large-scale business and culture change imperatives
- Experience in TPM or other continuous improvement methodology
- Additional functional experience in at least two of the following areas: Distribution, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and SHE
