We are searching for an Electrical Assembly/ Service Technician to join the ESCO team. This individual is responsible for contributing to the success of projects through the effective Assembly, Testing, Installation coordination and Validation of equipment to achieve ESCO business objectives and customer satisfaction. The role shall also support customers for after sales activities including Warranty Calls, troubleshooting and PM visits.

Job Responsibilities
- Work at all times in a manner which gives the highest consideration to safety, as defined by local regulations and Company procedures, this includes the use of PPE;
- Perform project assembly and test work on equipment and systems in accordance with applicable regulatory standards and to cGMP and GAMP guidelines for the pharmaceutical industry;
- Liaise with the Project Engineering function to ensure the effective interpretation of project requirements, communication, timing, testing and completion;
- Attend internal meetings as required for projects.
- Understand requirements for Aseptic and Non-Aseptic Isolator Systems and their construction in order to maintain and hold pressure, airflow and functionality suitable for its application;
- Interpret and mark-up as required GA, Schematics, P&ID’s and detailed manufacturing drawings to required standards. Understand the electrical component specification and Functional Design Specification for a client project. Utilize project support documents during equipment and system assembly & test, including Traceability Matrices, Engineering Design Calculations, Bills of Materials, Test and Validation Protocols, Operating, Maintenance and Safety Manuals and work instructions for production and contractor functions;
- Capable of troubleshooting complex process systems, fans, pumps, control valves, instrumentation, electrical and control systems, including systems with PLC control and HMI’s;
- Provide assembly support for process equipment in the Esco factory, ensuring the highest levels of quality;
- Construction of Ergonomic models in wood material, to replicate full size of the overall system allowing ergonomic trials with the customer to finalize the design.
- Independently lead Factory Acceptance, installation, Site Acceptance and client training activities understanding validation requirements in completing the paperwork;
- National travel on an occasional basis. Some International travel required on occasion – supporting service and install team if needed.
Job Qualifications
- Associates Degree or Trade School Graduate with 1 to 5 years’ experience in hands-on equipment / system build / maintenance / service including the following: -
- Ability to Read equipment wiring / piping schematics
- Interpretation of equipment layout 2D drawings
- Ability to use test equipment for measuring and calibration of system / devices
- Competent Hands-on type person
- Good working attitude, detail oriented, adaptability and willingness to learn
- High quality interpersonal communication skills with tact, diplomacy & professionalism
- Ability to troubleshoot / problem solve. Logical thinker.
- Perseverance towards achieving the goal
- Good, Detailed Paperwork ability both written and word / excel competency
- Ability to effectively Supervise / direct external contractors during installation
- Fault finding of electrical panels, circuitry, pneumatics

- General Testing knowledge including Voltage, Current, Forcing of I/O’s, 4-20mA loop Calibration, pressures / flows, calibration, equipment operation
- Testing and Validation of systems following strict written guidelines / practices
- General knowledge of industry guidelines & regulations
- Good verbal and written ability in English
