JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for coordination of inter-department and external sample processing. Creating and tracking all samples in company database.
Essential Functions
- Receiving samples, label them with unique receiving number given by APR software, dispense them, Make inventory.
- Send outside laboratories testing.
- Handling control substance different class wise.
- End of the year control substance inventory and also routine control substance inventory as soon as samples receive.
- After testing done put sample in retain room with proper label on each boxes for future reference.
- Communicate with the all contract laboratory for follow up or any other testing related issue.
- Entering product COA in APR software.

- Associate Degree Chemistry or related technical field - Required

Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to maintain clear and concise laboratory records. - Intermediate
- High degree of accuracy, must be precise and consistent in day-to-day analysis - Beginner
- Quick leaner, proactive, able to understand analytical procedures, operate lab equipment, and learn new scientific techniques within a short period of time. - Intermediate
- Must be a team player and able to adapt to changing assignments, work extended hours as needed to meet project deadlines. - Beginner
- Must maintain a safe working environment, follow safety procedures, and practices identified in appropriate SDS - Beginner
- Must follow applicable state and federal regulations. - Intermediate
- Must be computer literate. - Advanced
- Must be willing to work extended hours, including weekends, as and when required. - Beginner
