As a member of the Philanthropic Giving/McKesson Foundation Team, the Senior Manager - Employee Philanthropy Programs is responsible for supporting and driving individual and team volunteerism, matching gifts, McKesson Foundation scholarships and Taking Care of Our Own Fund. The position is an advocate for employee engagement and a liaison between employees and social impact opportunities. The successful Senior Manager - Employee Philanthropy Programs is an experienced employee engagement champion and facilitator with demonstrated success in cultivating internal and external partnerships, setting program strategy and goals, evaluating impact, managing reporting and communication, and creating and leading corporate social responsibility program
