Registered Behavior Technician | San Marcos, CA | Full-Time School Opportunity
We're partnering with a school district near San Marcos seeking an RBT to provide individualized behavioral support to a student during the school day. This is a hands-on role focused on helping a student make progress academically, behaviorally, and socially.

Responsibilities
- Provide consistent 1:1 support to an assigned student
- Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs
- Track student progress and behavioral data
- Support classroom routines and transitions
- Provide personal care assistance as needed
- Assist with toileting, changing, and other student care needs
- Collaborate with the educational and behavioral support team
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician credential
- Experience with students with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Comfortable providing toileting and changing assistance
- Reliable, patient, and able to work independently
