A school district in the Escondido area is seeking an RBT for a 1:1 student support opportunity. This role provides direct behavioral assistance throughout the school day and requires someone comfortable with both instructional and personal care support.

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized 1:1 support
- Implement behavior intervention strategies
- Collect and record student progress data
- Assist with classroom activities and transitions
- Support daily living and personal care needs
- Assist with toileting and changing
- Collaborate with teachers and behavioral support professionals
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician certification
- Experience working with children preferred
- Comfortable providing toileting, changing, and other personal care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
