Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated 1:1 behavioral and academic support
- Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies
- Collect and document student data
- Assist students with classroom routines and transitions
- Support students with personal care needs, including toileting and changing
- Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and special education staff
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children preferred
- Must be comfortable providing personal care, including toileting and changing
- Strong communication and patience required
