Position Overview
The Warehouse Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations. This individual ensures
efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and on-time fulfillment while maintaining strict compliance with
cGMP standards, regulatory requirements, and data integrity principles (ALCOA+).
This role leads warehouse personnel, drives performance against operational goals, and partners cross-functionally to support SafeCor Health’s commitment to quality and patient safety.
What You’ll Do - Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff, including supervisors and leads (team of 7 coworkers)
- Conduct performance reviews, corrective actions, and workforce planning
- Assign daily production and warehouse activities to meet operational goals
- Partner with HR and leadership on hiring, promotions, and development
- Train employees and promote cross-functional skill development
- Compliance & Quality (cGMP / SOP / Regulatory)
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, Work Instructions, cGMP, FDA, DEA, OSHA, and company policies
- Maintain audit readiness for internal, customer, and regulatory inspections
- Ensure accurate training records and compliance documentation
- Work closely with Quality to ensure product release and shipment readiness
- Inventory & ERP Management
- Serve as ERP/WMS subject matter expert
- Ensure accuracy of all inventory, receiving, and shipping transactions
- Monitor and correct ERP discrepancies to maintain system integrity
- Lead cycle counting, physical inventory, and variance investigations
- Track KPIs such as inventory accuracy, fulfillment rate, discrepancies, and throughput
- Shipping & Receiving Operations
- Oversee inbound receiving, inspection, staging, labeling, and storage
- Manage outbound shipping, documentation, and carrier coordination
- Ensure compliance with regulated shipments (controlled products, etc.)
- Resolve supplier discrepancies, freight issues, and damage
- Warehouse Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Optimize material flow: receiving → storage → picking → staging → shipping
- Drive efficiency initiatives (lean warehousing, 5S, space utilization)
- Support production with timely material delivery
- Improve processes through data analysis and operational feedback
- Safety, Facility & Equipment Management
- Maintain a safe, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
- Enforce PPE, ergonomic, and safety protocols
- Oversee maintenance of forklifts, scanners, and warehouse equipment
- Manage facility security, storage areas, and archive systems
- Cross-Functional & Customer Support
- Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service teams
- Support projects such as layout improvements, ERP upgrades, and automation
- Communicate performance metrics and improvement plans to leadership
- Additional Responsibilities
- Lead special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership
Qualifications
What You Bring
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, and inventory management experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience in warehouse operations
- Experience in a regulated (pharmaceutical/cGMP) environment preferred
Knowledge & Expertise
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control systems
- Experience with ERP/WMS platforms
- Familiarity with cGMP, FDA, DEA, and regulated environments
- Knowledge of shipping/receiving requirements (hazmat experience a plus)

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs regularly
