AI Strategy Leadership
- AI Strategy & Roadmap:
- Translate business needs into AI project with clear ROI
- Lead the development and execution of Korea's AI & Analytics strategy starting from quick wins to long term roadmap
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build consensus across all stakeholders (sales, marketing, operations, LTs)
- Manage expectations and communicate progress to all stakeholders
- Vendor Management (if needed):
- Lead vendor selection process with Regional IT team
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
- Ensure vendors deliver on promised capabilities
Project Execution
- AI Analytics Project Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of AI driven analytics platform project
- Manage pilot programs and roll-out phases
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure user adoption
- Change Management:
- Design and deliver training programs for non-technical business users
- Create user guides, best practices, and governance frameworks
- Monitor usage and drive continuous improvement
- Cross-functional Collaboration with regional team:
- Work closely with Regional IT team on technical architecture
- Bridge communication between Korea business teams and global IT
Requirements:
- Technical Capability:
- At least 2 successful proven record of leading AI/analytics projects from start to finish in enterprise settings
- Strong understanding of modern BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Business Technology Bridge:
- Experience translating business problems into data/AI solutions
- 5-8+ years in digital transformation or related roles
- Experience working with both business stakeholders and IT teams
- Communication:
- Fluent in English to communicate with LTs and regional IT team
- Strong presentation skills
- Leadership:
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal guidance
- Project management skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
- Business Acumen:
- Strong ROI and business case development skills
- Change management and user adoption expertise
- Vendor evaluation and contract negotiation experience
