Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager owns the execution and optimization of key digital marketing channels, including company website and social media to support brand awareness, engagement, and digital visibility. This role manages website content updates, applies SEO best practices, and ensures digital channels effectively support corporate marketing initiatives. The position develops and maintains reporting frameworks that measure performance across digital platforms and translates analytics into actionable insights to improve marketing outcomes. Working cross-functionally with marketing, communications, and other business stakeholders, the Digital Marketing Manager continuously optimizes digital content and campaigns to strengthen audience engagement and overall digital performance.
Primary Accountabilities:
Technical (40%)
Create and optimize website copy for marketing pages, blogs, and newsroom content, aligning content development with SEO strategy, keyword research, and search performance insights to improve organic visibility, engagement, and site traffic.
Apply SEO best practices including keyword optimization, metadata management, and content tagging to improve organic search visibility and traffic.
Monitor website performance and search trends to identify opportunities for improving digital discoverability and engagement.
Utilize marketing platforms such as Brandwatch, Brightedge, Cision, and similar tools to support digital marketing activities.
Leverage project management tools such as Monday.com to coordinate digital marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables.
Identify opportunities to improve digital marketing workflows through automation, AI-enabled tools, and emerging technologies while maintaining brand alignment.
Analytical (30%)
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that measure digital marketing performance across social media, website traffic, and marketing campaigns.
Analyze digital performance metrics such as engagement, reach, traffic generation, and content performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
Translate digital analytics into clear performance summaries and actionable recommendations for marketing stakeholders.
Monitor campaign and content effectiveness to ensure digital marketing efforts align with corporate marketing goals.
Provide periodic performance reporting and insights to marketing leadership and internal stakeholders.
Operational (20%):
Manage the day-to-day execution of enterprise social media channels including LinkedIn, YouTube, and other priority platforms.
Develop and maintain social media content calendars aligned with corporate marketing initiatives and company priorities.
Create and curate digital content including graphics, short-form video, social posts, and other multimedia assets to support brand engagement.
Monitor channel activity including comments, mentions, and engagement to maintain positive brand interaction and responsiveness.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support marketing campaigns, corporate communications, and brand initiatives through digital channels.
AI & Digital Innovation (10%)
Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance content ideation, drafting, SEO optimization, analytics reporting, and workflow efficiency.
Identify opportunities to improve scalability and speed of content development through AI-supported processes.
Stay current on emerging AI applications in digital marketing and brand engagement.
Ensure responsible and brand-aligned use of AI in external communications.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist with team projects, some unrelated to assigned duties, as needed.
Deliver clear, engaging presentations and represent the team in meetings, trainings, and external-facing opportunities as needed.
Complies with all policies and standards.
Required Qualifications:
Degree required Bachelors in Marketing or related field
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, website content management, marketing analytics, or related areas; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities and essential functions of the position.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing digital marketing channels including corporate social media platforms and website content.
Experience applying SEO best practices and managing website content within a content management system.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience translating marketing performance data into actionable insights.
Excellent written communication and digital content development skills.
Strong analytical skills, including building reports and translating metrics into strategic action.
Ability to independently own strategy and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
