Job Description
Manages complex scopes with a full understanding of the daily operations of site personnel, chemistry, reporting, budget, and maintenance programs. This position will be responsible for the oversight of small, medium, and large single on-site customer contract operations on a day-to-day basis. They provide the leadership (planning, scheduling, coordinating, assigning, and directing) to the Field Service Reps ensuring that all the contract terms, conditions, requirement, and standards of a contract are satisfactorily managed.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversight of large multi sites/contract operations, ensuring compliance with formal contractual obligations and performance criteria.
- Process complexity: Complex advanced multi treatment trains of Inorganic or Organic wastewater.
- O&M projects are managed effectively and comply with contractual, operational, maintenance and profitability requirements.
- Oversight of large, complex multi- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationship with sales force, management, and customer.
- Schedules work requirements to meet the day-to-day O&M requirements
- Plan, develop and implement strategies for operational management that meet the agreed contract performance requirements within budget and timeframes.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of contract language, terms, and conditions.
- Assist project developers in pursuing new business and contract renewal
- Manages up to 20 or more direct and indirect reports with operational budget of 5 million dollars or more

- Accountable for meeting annual objectives of contract

- Has an elevated level of customer interface including plant management.
- Strong leader who can teach associates all the positions that he/she manages
- Can fully troubleshoot system operations and functions, maintain inventory levels, and perform system and safety audits.
- Can grow/develop the business by possessing a strong knowledge of the company’s offers.

Qualifications
- Education/Work Experience: 5 to 7 years’ experience in the operations and maintenance of wastewater or water operations
- 5 to 7 years’ experience of managing / supervising employees
- Water or Wastewater treatment licenses as required by law
- Experience in managing multi sites or operations
- Degree in technical field/engineering equivalent
Education/Experience
Associate degree (A.S.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Math Ability
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, project management software and database software.

Manages one subordinate supervisor who supervises employees. Also directly supervises non-supervisory employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $31.88 - 36.88/h USD
