Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Job Summary
RevSpring is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Human Resources Coordinator to support our print facility operations and corporate HR functions. This role is fully in-office and plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations in a production environment. Some flexibility in the schedule to meet with the night shift will be required.
The HR Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for onsite employee support while also owning and coordinating new hire onboarding for the entire company. This position is responsible for managing employment paperwork, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding for all company locations.
- Facilitate new hire orientation sessions (in-person and/or virtual as needed).
- Prepare and process all new hire paperwork, including I-9 verification and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate background checks, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding communications.
- Ensure new employees are properly entered into HRIS and payroll systems.
- Serve as the central point of contact for onboarding questions.
- Provide daily HR support to print facility employees and supervisors.
- Assist employees with questions related to policies, benefits, timekeeping, and employment documentation.
- Maintain a visible and accessible HR presence on the production floor.
- Support employee engagement and communication initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and HRIS data.
- Track required compliance documents and ensure timely completion.
- Assist with benefits enrollment coordination and related paperwork.
- Support payroll processing through data entry and verification.
- Prepare separation paperwork and assist with exit processes.
- Support audits and internal HR reporting.
- Assist with recruiting coordination (scheduling interviews, candidate communication).
- Maintain HR tracking logs and reporting metrics.
- Support special HR projects as assigned.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Minimum Requirements
Specific Job Skills:
- Experience handling onboarding and employment documentation preferred.
- Comfortable working in an on-site production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
- This is a fully on-site position based in a print production facility. The role requires regular interaction with employees in both office and production floor environments.
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role.

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
