The
Pharmacy Manager will ensure safe, optimal and efficacious drug therapy for patients, as you review, process and monitor physician orders and patient medication profiles. As an active member of the health care team, the Staff Pharmacist is responsible for contacting other health care professionals as appropriate performing duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the hospital’s mission and values.

Years of Experience: 4+ years of previous experience, including management experience
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $135,000-$140,000 DOE
Background/ Drug Requirements: Must be willing to submit to a background check, health and drug screen.
Pharmacy ManagerJob Responsibilities:• Oversee all daily operations of the retail pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional patient care
• Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff members to maintain high performance standards
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state pharmacy regulations, laws, and company policies
• Manage inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining optimal stock levels
• Verify and dispense prescription medications while counseling patients on proper usage and potential side effects
• Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services and patient satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Monitor and maintain accurate patient profiles and medication records
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy
• Manage pharmacy budget, control expenses, and drive revenue growth
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure team development
• Implement and maintain quality assurance programs and safety protocols
• Coordinate insurance billing and resolve claims issues efficiently
