This contract role offers a unique 7 on, 7 off rotation schedule with coverage needed from 9 PM to 7:30 AM, Wednesday through Tuesday. Key Responsibilities
- Verify inpatient medication orders and check medications dispensed during overnight hours.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians responsible for mixing IVs, handling phone inquiries, and managing medication requests.
- Collaborate within a team consisting of one pharmacist and one technician per shift.
- Utilize EPIC order entry system alongside Omnicell cabinets and robotic automation (training provided as needed).
Qualifications/Desired Experience
- Current Florida pharmacist license required.
- Proven inpatient pharmacy experience.
- Comfortable working overnight hours in a hospital setting.
- Ability to supervise pharmacy technicians effectively.

- Overnight shift, 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

- Payroll week runs Sunday through Saturday.
