Are you interested in harnessing technology and AI to transform healthcare?
At XiFin, we believe a healthier, more efficient healthcare system starts with strong financial and operational foundations. Our innovative technologies help diagnostic providers, laboratories, and healthcare systems manage complexity, drive better outcomes, and stay focused on what matters most: patient care.
On of the way we are achieving this is through our XiFin Internship Program. The Internship Program is designed to empower, educate, and inspire the next generation of talent by providing meaningful hands‑on experience, professional development, and direct exposure to the real impact of our work. Our mission is to create an environment where interns build the skills, confidence, and connections needed to excel in their careers—while contributing to projects that support XiFin’s mission of improving healthcare financial performance.
About the role:
The Product Marketing Intern will support two high‑visibility radiology initiatives. These initiatives are central to strengthening XiFin’s market authority, enhancing sales enablement, and informing long‑term go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy within the radiology segment. Working under the guidance of Product Marketing leadership, the Product Marketing Intern will assist with research coordination, data organization, insight development, and content preparation. This work enables senior team members to focus on strategic positioning, executive‑level messaging, and external partnerships. In this position, the intern will play a meaningful role in shaping data‑backed thought‑leadership assets, such as the Aunt Minnie survey insights and the Radiology Denial Impact Report, that directly support in‑year pipeline generation and competitive differentiation.
What does the position pay?
The hourly compensation for this role is $23.00 for undergraduate students and $25.00 for graduate students.
How you will make an impact:
In this role, you’ll:
- Support two priority radiology initiatives by helping organize, analyze, and synthesize inputs for the XiFin–Aunt Minnie role‑based radiology survey and the Radiology Denial Impact Report, ensuring insights are accurate, defensible, and ready for market use.
- Translate research into actionable insights by summarizing survey findings and denial trends into clear themes, contrasts, and implications that Product Marketing, Sales, and leadership can use in executive‑level radiology conversations.
- Enable in‑year pipeline generation by helping prepare sales‑ready materials (summaries, talking points, presentation inputs) that quantify denial risk, payor friction, and revenue leakage in radiology—supporting competitive differentiation in active deals.
- Conduct market and competitive research focused on radiology reimbursement, denials, prior authorization, and payor behavior to ensure XiFin’s messaging reflects real‑world pressures facing radiology practices and health systems.
- Assist with account and segment analysis by using tools like ZoomInfo and Salesforce to support radiology‑focused targeting, account mapping, and whitespace identification aligned to campaign and sales priorities.
- Collaborate across Marketing and Sales teams to ensure insights from research are reflected consistently across campaigns, content, and sales enablement efforts.
- Maintain quality and consistency across research outputs and supporting materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with XiFin’s radiology GTM strategy before external or internal use.
- Work with marketing team to analyze the relationship between independent radiology accounts and hospitals.
- Assist in drafting marketing content and managing publisher content syndication campaigns in Teamwork.
