Meet The Team
This team leads the commercial and marketing strategy for Dexcom’s insulin pump partner ecosystem across the U.S. marketplace, playing a critical role in how our technologies reach and support people with diabetes. In this role, you’ll sit at the center of cross-functional collaboration—working closely with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to bring integrated solutions to life. If you’re excited about shaping go-to-market strategy, influencing innovation at scale, and making a real impact in diabetes care, this is a team where your work truly matters.
Where You Come In
- You design and execute brand strategies across assigned products, product lines, or enterprise-wide campaigns to strengthen Dexcom’s market position and drive growth.
- You identify new market and product opportunities by applying consumer insights, market research, and in-depth analysis of competitive and industry trends.
- You lead brand-level development, including market analysis, product acquisitions, and ongoing brand management throughout the product lifecycle.
- You manage the development of marketing materials and messaging to clearly communicate product positioning and value to customers.
- You develop and implement product education, publications, and promotional initiatives to support awareness, adoption, and lifecycle advancement.
- You collaborate with cross-functional partners across marketing, product marketing, marketing communications, and other teams to ensure brand alignment and execution.
- You work on complex business challenges, applying advanced marketing expertise and professional judgment to deliver creative, effective solutions aligned with company objectives.

- You have a proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior U.S. leaders at strategic insulin pump partners.
- You possess a strong understanding of U.S. distribution and reimbursement structures and use that knowledge to inform launch and sustainment strategies.
- You excel at commercialization execution, partnering effectively with Marketing, Customer Operations, Medical Science and Education, Market Access, Technical Support, and Training teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- You are skilled in managing and sustaining partner solutions, including conducting business reviews, tracking sales performance, and managing partner forecasts to ensure continued success.
- You bring a customer-first mindset, representing the voice of patients, caregivers, clinicians, payers, and partners in marketing requirements, priorities, and planning.
- You have deep knowledge of the diabetes landscape, including customer needs, competitive dynamics, and key value drivers.
- You demonstrate the ability to evaluate and inform new partner opportunities through structured vetting and strategic assessment.
- You are comfortable preparing for and participating in executive-level joint steering committee meetings and partner governance forums.

Travel Required
Experience And Education Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 – 12 year of related experience.
- At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.

$128,600.00 - $214,400.00
