Meet The Team
Join Dexcom’s expanding Clinical Product team, the group responsible for building the shared services, data pipelines, and integration frameworks that power Dexcom’s connected ecosystem. We enable seamless, secure, and scalable experiences across mobile apps, cloud services, EHR integrations, partner platforms, and next generation biosensor technology.
In this role, you will contribute to platform capabilities that support multiple Dexcom products—including clinical tools, partner integrations, connected software experiences, and global data services, ensuring our foundation is reliable, interoperable, and ready for future innovation.
Where You Come In
As a Product Manager, you will own platform level capabilities that enable reliable data flows, high availability services, and interoperable solutions across Dexcom’s ecosystem, with particular attention to our healthcare provider customers. While your work will influence the evolution of Dexcom’s therapy management tools, your focus is on the underlying capabilities, services, and integration frameworks that power these experiences.
You will collaborate with engineering, architecture, clinical, and commercial teams to define and deliver enhancements to Dexcom’s shared platform, driving interoperability, service reliability, API modernization, and cross product scalability.
Scope of Responsibility
- Define and manage the roadmap for platform services, including data pipelines, reporting engines, interoperability modules, and shared integration frameworks.
- Establish requirements for scalable, secure, and globally compliant platform capabilities, including HIPAA, GDPR, regional data residency, and regulatory expectations.
- Partner with Platform & Services teams to evolve shared components such as analytics, workflow engines, partner facing APIs, and reusable data services.
- Ensure Dexcom’s ecosystem aligns with industry interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, and clinical integration patterns.
- You will promote architectural patterns, design standards, and reusable services that improve cross product consistency. Contribute to platform reliability, performance, observability, and service level expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate platform strategy into clear technical requirements and user stories.
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to shape solution designs and ensure alignment with long term platform goals.
- Help define and manage API and service level requirements, focusing on clear API requirements and lifecycle expectations.
- Collaborate with internal product teams to support adoption of shared platform capabilities and conduct research to guide interoperability and modernization efforts.
- Work cross functionally with clinical, regulatory, and commercial partners to ensure platform readiness for real world needs.
- Provide subject matter expertise for partner integrations and monitor platform performance to drive continuous improvement.
What Makes You Successful
- 5-10 years of Product Management experience, preferably in regulated medical technology
- Experience managing therapy management software
- Experience working within or alongside regulated product development processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across clinical, technical, and design teams.
- Ability to balance user needs, clinical requirements, and business goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, and product analytics platforms is a plus.
- Clinical experience is a plus.

Travel Required
Experience And Education Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
- At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.

Salary
$122,500.00 - $204,100.00
