Where You Come In
At Dexcom, we’re redefining how people experience health data. Our next generation mobile app will turn sensor-based insights into smarter, simpler, and more personal daily decisions—blending cutting-edge health technology with the polish and delight of the world’s best consumer apps.
As a Product Manager, you’ll own the vision, strategy, and execution for this experience—from concept to launch through continuous iteration. You’ll collaborate with UX, data, hardware, and clinical teams to deliver meaningful, data driven personalization that empowers people to live healthier, easier lives.
- Lead the roadmap for Dexcom’s next generation mobile app experience, turning real world insights into features that feel intelligent, effortless, and human.
- Own adoption, activation, and engagement—from first time onboarding to long-term retention and habit building.
- Work with the Customer Product Experience Team’s Group Product Manager to support a meaningful end-to-end experience and deliver against our broader product strategy and outcomes
- Collaborate with CX, research, marketing, and data teams to uncover user behaviors, emotional drivers, and unmet needs, translating them into innovative product opportunities.
- Translate high-level customer goals into actionable product features and solutions.
- Drive rapid experimentation cycles—testing, learning, and iterating based on data and feedback.
- Champion our personalization strategy through data models, onboarding insights, and adaptive UX patterns that tailor the experience to each individual.
- Partner with hardware and software teams to ensure readiness, reliability, and compliance.
- Define clear KPIs and OKRs to measure engagement, retention, satisfaction, and real-world health outcomes.
- Work closely with marketing and commercial strategy teams to position the app as Dexcom’s next leap forward in digital health innovation.
- Communicate product vision and results across teams, crafting stories that inspire alignment and drive momentum.
What Makes You Successful
- 3–7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in consumer mobile apps or digital health technology.
- Proven ability to transform Voice of Customer (VOC) insights, behavioral data, and experiment results into differentiating digital experiences.
- Experience translating complex information into simple, actionable, and emotionally resonant design.
- Passion for hypothesis driven product development: testing, learning, and iterating to deliver intuitive, measurable experiences.
- Deep curiosity about usability, personalization, habit forming engagement, and growth funnels at consumer scale.
- Affinity for global consumer products—you’ve built or studied apps like Airbnb, Duolingo, Spotify, Headspace, or Apple Health and understand how to merge delight with utility.
- Strong cross functional leadership skills spanning design, engineering, marketing, data science, and operations.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills, including aligning stakeholders around product narratives and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering, computer science, business, health technology, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
- Nice to have: experience with diabetes technology, health sensors, or data driven personalization.

Experience And Education Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 – 12 years of related experience.
- At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
