As a Project Manager at TailorMed, you’ll drive mission-critical initiatives that bring our vision to life. You’ll ensure teams deliver solutions that remove financial barriers to treatment — taking ownership of execution that directly impacts patients and families across the country
Responsibilities:
- Own client onboarding projects, including scheduling meetings, and aligning internal and external stakeholders to a complex delivery process.
- Develop deep familiarity with internal processes, including product development, R&D releases, and implementation.
- Scope and plan complex projects for successful execution.
- Proactively anticipate risks and challenges related to on-time delivery and mitigate/align with stakeholders internally and externally.
- Manage 6-10 projects simultaneously.
- Create comprehensive weekly status reports and communication plans to executive sponsors and internal/external project teams.
- Create and lead customer kickoff presentations.
Requirements:
- Between 3-5 years of experience as a project manager.
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Experienced with project management methodologies and tools.
- Eager to work as part of a growing organization- we are still iterating on processes and information systems.
- Ability to break down complex target objectives into your own individual tasks and work independently and proactively.
- Naturally curious and eager to learn.
- Understanding of business processes and able to translate them to technical tasks.
- Great communication skills.
- The role is based in New York and requires working from the office three days a week
