A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC certification is needed to support early childhood and elementary students in a school setting. The position starts ASAP and continues through the end of the school year under a contract arrangement. The role involves working closely with students, families, and educators to provide tailored speech and language services that promote student success.

Key Responsibilities Include

Assisting students in early childhood and elementary programs with speech and language development
Participating in Child Study Team meetings to discuss student needs and progress
Scheduling and conducting Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings in compliance with school requirements
Monitoring and documenting student progress toward speech and language goals
Collaborating with school personnel to develop and implement effective intervention strategies

Required Qualifications

Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
Valid New Jersey Department of Education Speech Therapist certification
Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
Experience in school-based speech therapy, preferably with early childhood and elementary-aged students
