As the Account Executive in the Post Acute Pharmacy Team – Infusion & Specialty division plays a crucial role the development and growth of their territory. With a focus on specialty and infusion services, the AE will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key stakeholders, providing exceptional service to member pharmacies, and maximizing opportunities for growth. As a trusted advisor, you must be able to understand and present the array of MHA pharmaceutical contracts, business products, medical supply, technology, and network offerings in accordance with the respective class of trade eligibility.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Specialty and Infusion Expertise:
- Leverage deep knowledge of Home Infusion, Specialty pharmacy and Ambulatory Infusion to drive sales and provide tailored solutions to members.
- Continually acquire, maintain, and expand personal understanding of MHA’s portfolio and changing market conditions.
- Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong member relationships and establish optimum account visit frequencies. Understand the member’s needs and resolve issues, while ensuring a positive member experience.
- Drive market share through existing customer utilization assessments. Providing advance notification of new products and price changes to enable MHA members to make timely and informed decisions.
- Leverage business sense to identify key business levers, build value propositions, identify stake holders, and appropriately position solution to the member’s class of trade.
- Strategic Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute a cohesive strategy to enhance the overall member experience, align efforts and drive results.
- Act as liaison with our business partners, cross functional teams, and MHA members to resolve pricing, linkage, credit discrepancies.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience with hands-on experience in specialty and infusion services, particularly within the pharmaceutical or medical product industries.
- College degree and account management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and drive sales growth.
- Strong working knowledge of Office 365, specifically Microsoft Word®, Outlook®, Excel®, PowerPoint®, and Teams
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Salary: The salary range for this role is $83,217 - $116,504
This is the lowest to highest salary range for which the role has been evaluated. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors which include, but not limited to education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
